THE STRATEGY

We adopted a two-pronged strategy for strengthening the brand and leadership team’s presence in the media. The first one focuses on building leadership narratives and positioning CEOs and leaders as industry experts in the media, through thought-provoking storytelling and speaker opportunities. The second approach predominantly focuses on communicating the brand ethos and values. We have been instrumental in strategising and crafting communication around OMD and PHD as media agencies by articulating their beliefs and principles.

COMMUNICATION

Apart from regular feature and long-form communications in the external domain, we also help craft internal communications for leaders, ranging from HR/Talent updates for employees and the roll-out of digital-transformation-led L&D initiatives, to an extensive monthly newsletter sent out from the India Group CEO's desk that encapsulates company-wide and agency-specific wins and achievements systematically.

REPUTATION

n addition to monitoring the brand's media coverage and press releases, our team also tracks their competitors’ monthly media coverage and new mandates. We then analyse this information to provide the client with insights into emerging businesses within the industry. Monthly detailed reports on the same are shared with the client. Apart from the media reports, the team also tracks the Glassdoor pages of the competitor agencies to help leaders understand the current work culture, ratings, factors contributing to employee attrition, etc.
